Role Description The Senior Beauty Consultant – Retail will work full time on-site at our Indore location, providing expert guidance on skincare and beauty products to customers. This role involves greeting and engaging customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable Kimirica products, and demonstrating proper product use to create an elevated in-store experience. The consultant will drive retail sales by maintaining robust product knowledge, presenting promotions, and achieving individual and store targets.





Daily responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are well-stocked and organized, and supporting store operations such as billing and inventory checks. The role also requires building lasting customer relationships, handling queries and concerns professionally, and sharing feedback from customers to help improve products and services.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to provide personalized product recommendations.
- In-depth product knowledge of beauty, skincare, bath and body, and wellness categories, including ingredients and benefits.
- Proven customer service skills, with the ability to create welcoming, inclusive, and respectful in-store experiences.
- Experience in retail sales, including achieving targets, upselling, cross-selling, and working with POS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging diverse customers in a retail environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays), and support store operations.
- Previous experience as a beauty consultant or in skincare/beauty retail is preferred.
- Relevant certification or training in cosmetology, aesthetics, or beauty therapy is an advantage.
