About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient backend systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend engineers, product managers, and designers, to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our products and services, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and the demands of the market. Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems using Node.js, Python and related technologies.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, utilizing a MERN stack.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug,



and resolve software defects and issues.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in backend development.
- Work with RabbitMQ for message queuing.
- Design and implement scalable systems.

Qualifications

- Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in backend software development.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
