Role Overview The requirement is for a Senior Software Engineer with strong backend development expertise. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on backend application development, API development, integrations, cloud deployment, and production support.

The candidate must possess strong experience in both Node.js (TypeScript) and Java technologies, as the current product stack is primarily Node.js-based, while the strategic roadmap involves transitioning to a Java-based platform over the coming months.

Key Technical Requirements Backend Development (Mandatory)

- Robust hands-on experience in Node.js with TypeScript.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java.
- Spring Boot.
- REST API development.
- API integrations.
- Backend service development.
- Object-oriented programming and scalable application development.

Cloud & DevOps (Mandatory)
- Strong AWS Cloud experience.
- Hands-on experience with:

- EC2
- S3

- CloudWatch

- IAM

- Lambda (preferred)
- Other AWS-native services
- Experience in application deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Understanding of CI/CD and release management practices.

DevSecOps Exposure




- Candidates are expected to participate in deployment and operational activities.
- Engineers are expected to contribute to deployment, testing, monitoring, and production support activities.

AI Exposure (Good to Have)
- Exposure to AI/GenAI initiatives is preferred.
- Limited experience is acceptable.
- Candidates should have awareness and basic understanding of AI concepts.
- Zero exposure to AI may be a disadvantage.
