The Role
We are looking for a sharp, intellectually curious finance professional who can build a business case, read a market,
and sit across from an investor or senior external stakeholder and contribute meaningfully — not someone whose work ends at the MIS deck or the variance table. You will work directly with the CEO/CFO office and business leadership on financial strategy, scenario modelling, market intelligence, and investor engagement, alongside full ownership of core finance operations.

What You Will Do
A. Financial Modelling & Strategic Analysis
Build and own financial models for business scenarios — pricing decisions, capacity planning, current service line evaluation, partnership structures, and strategic pivots.
Translate operational inputs (headcount, utilization, billing rates, client mix, BU-level performance) into integrated P&L; and cash flow projections.
Model sensitivity and scenario ranges to frame trade-offs clearly for leadership decisions.
