The Role :
We're looking for a Technical SEO who can independently manage SEO initiatives across multiple client accounts. You'll work closely with the founder, marketing, content, and design teams to drive measurable improvements in search visibility, website performance, and lead generation.
The ideal candidate has a robust grasp of modern SEO - including Technical SEO, Local SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI-driven search trends.

Key Responsibilities
Technical SEO




Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, site architecture, canonicalization, redirects, and structured data
Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, internal linking, and schema markup
Optimise Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile usability across client sites
Implement SEO improvements across WordPress, Webflow, Wix, and Squarespace
Keyword Research & On-Page SEO
Perform keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities
Develop SEO strategies for international and local markets aligned with business goals
Optimise title tags, meta descriptions, headings, content structure, and internal linking
Structure content for featured snippets, AI-generated results, and answer engines
Build topical authority through strategic content planning and E-E-A-T alignment

Optimise and manage Google Business Profile
