Role Description The Business Development Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving growth and expanding Durian WorkSpaces’ client base. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities,



building and maintaining relationships with clients, and supporting end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure. The Business Development Officer will conduct market research, analyze customer needs, prepare proposals and presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements. Daily tasks include managing a sales pipeline, attending client meetings and site visits, providing post-sale support in coordination with project and service teams, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools.
