Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Marketing Head – Boiler & Power Plant based in Chennai. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies for boiler and power plant solutions, including market planning, segmentation, and positioning in target industries.



The Marketing Head will oversee marketing campaigns, coordinate with sales teams to drive lead generation and conversions, and manage key customer and stakeholder relationships. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, tracking competitors, preparing marketing plans and budgets, and collaborating with technical and project teams to align offerings with market needs. The role also includes managing brand visibility, participating in industry events and exhibitions, and providing regular reporting to leadership on marketing performance and business growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Robust market planning and marketing management skills, with experience creating and implementing marketing strategies for industrial or engineering products.
Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends in the boiler and power plant
