Role Description The Technical Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem, WV, responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of technology and systems that support Wonder Home Finance’s operations. This role involves leading technical teams,



coordinating with business stakeholders to define requirements, and ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and compliant with relevant standards. The Technical Manager will manage software and infrastructure projects, monitor performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement improvements. Daily activities include reviewing system metrics, prioritizing technical tasks, mentoring team members, documenting processes, and contributing to technology roadmaps that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
