Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and structured Business Development
Executive (BDE) to join our Institutional Partnerships team. In this role, you will be the




driving force behind expanding Aerione Bharat’s outreach to schools, educational
institutions, and corporate sponsors.
Leveraging your background in relationship-driven sectors (such as Media, FMCG, or
Educational Technology), you will manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from lead
generation and marketing coordination to documentation and cross-functional operations.
This is a multi-faceted role that balances strategic sales execution with robust administrative
coordination.
Core Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support & Sales Operations
 Provide operational support to the regional business development team, ensuring lead
pipelines are consistently updated.
 Manage executive calendars, coordinate corporate presentation schedules, and arrange
high-level meetings with school principals, trustees, and institutional heads.

 Coordinate travel logistics for field personnel and coordinate resources for regional
roadshows or Astronomy Expos.
