Primary Responsibilities

Write & Refine
Create and refine audience‑centric content for product/service pages, campaign landing pages, FAQs, thought leadership, resources, and microcopy using approved content templates
Follow content and SEO standards by making content engaging, action-oriented, unique, and structured for scannability - both for humans and AI crawlers
Translate complex business, health,



and benefit account concepts into plain language that meets reading grade levels for consumers while preserving technical detail for business professionals
Edit & Govern
Establish and enforce editorial standards (voice & tone, terminology, inclusivity, sourcing, tagging) and review cycles (e.g., annual topics like HSA/flu, content freshness, and tagging audits)
Ensure the latest accessibility standards in content (headings, alt text, link strategy, reading experience).
SEO & Findability
Conduct keyword/prompt research, on‑page optimizations, internal linking, and content performance analysis
AI‑Assisted Content Operations
Use approved AI tools to accelerate content intakes, outlines, first drafts, metadata, and headlines - never verbatim; always human‑edited and legal reviewed prior to publishing
Create and maintain AI workflows and agents for content ideation and reviews
Publish & Iterate
Author and update content in our content management system when needed
