About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator who can bring our brand to life through engaging videos, reels, photos, graphics, and social media content.
This is a hands-on creative role. We are looking for someone who can come up with ideas, shoot content, edit it, and turn everyday products, people, stores, events, and campaigns into engaging social media content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, photos, carousels, stories, and other social media content.
Conceptualise content ideas based on trends, products, campaigns, events, and customer interests.
Shoot videos and photos using smartphones, cameras, and other basic equipment.
Edit videos and create social media creatives using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Develop content that is visually appealing, relevant, and aligned with the brand.
Social Media
Manage day-to-day content requirements for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Plan and execute the monthly social media content calendar.




Identify trending formats, sounds, concepts, and opportunities relevant to the brand.
Write basic captions, hooks, CTAs, and supporting copy for social media posts.
Monitor social media performance and identify content formats that perform best.
Campaigns & Events
Create content for product launches, promotions, events, store activities, festivals, and brand campaigns.
Be present at events and store activities to capture real-time photos and videos.
Work with the marketing team to convert campaign ideas into engaging social media content.
Coordinate with influencers and creators for content collaborations and campaigns.
Creative Coordination
Work closely with the Marketing, Design, Performance Marketing, and Store teams.
Coordinate with influencers, photographers, videographers, and external creative partners when required.
Maintain consistency in the brand's visual style, tone, and communication.
