Primary Responsibilities

Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Story Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Drive end-to-end delivery processes, including backlog management, sprint execution, release planning, and team delivery commitments
Lead cross-functional engineering teams in complex Agile environments to ensure alignment with business goals and timelines
Identify, track, manage, and resolve delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and team impediments




Track key Agile delivery metrics and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and team performance
Engage with technical and business stakeholders to communicate delivery progress, status, and strategic alignment
Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate routine team management tasks, and drive continuous process efficiency
Evaluate emerging technology trends and delivery practices to inform solution design and foster team innovation
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work advantages and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business
