Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced D2C Growth Manager to drive growth across both marketplaces and D2C websites . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marketplace operations, website growth, e-commerce technology, and business strategy.

This role requires someone who can confidently lead discussions with founders and CXO-level stakeholders, identify growth opportunities through data,



and collaborate with internal teams to execute scalable growth strategies.

Location: Royal Oak Office

Key Responsibilities

D2C & Marketplace Growth

Develop and execute growth strategies for brands across Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C websites.
Drive sales planning, category growth, and overall business performance.
Identify opportunities to increase revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition.
Monitor key business metrics and recommend actionable growth initiatives.

Marketplace Management

Manage marketplace operations across Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Flipkart Marketplace.
Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on:
Amazon Marketing Services (AMS)
Amazon PPC
Flipkart Ads
Improve campaign performance through keyword optimization, bid management, budget allocation, and performance analysis.
Ensure smooth marketplace operations including catalog management, inventory coordination, an
