Role Description The Head of Collections is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. This position oversees end-to-end collections operations, including strategy development, portfolio performance management, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.



Day-to-day responsibilities include setting collection targets, analyzing performance data, optimizing workflows, and implementing process improvements to maximize recoveries while maintaining ethical and customer-centric practices. The role involves leading and coaching collections teams, coordinating training programs, and ensuring consistent adherence to client expectations and company standards. The Head of Collections will collaborate with finance, operations, and client relationship teams to align collection strategies with business objectives and support sustainable growth.
