The Technical Product Manager (Grade 28) is responsible for defining, delivering, and scaling data-driven products and platform capabilities that enable business growth, operational efficiency, and improved customer outcomes. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering, analytics, architecture, and operations to transform complex data needs into actionable product strategies, roadmaps, and deliverables.

The TPM owns the end-to-end lifecycle of data products,



including data acquisition, storage, governance, APIs, reporting, analytics, and operational use cases. Success in this role requires robust technical acumen, product management discipline, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value.

Primary Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and execute product roadmaps for enterprise data platforms, data services, APIs, and analytics capabilities
Partner with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities to leverage data as a strategic asset
Translate organizational objectives into scalable data product capabilities and prioritized backlogs
Develop business cases and value propositions for new data investments and product enhancements
