✨ What You'll Do

? Create sales pitch scripts, recordings, and objection-handling modules covering the complete customer journey
? Document CRM & Sales workflows and develop structured SOPs
? Create qualified training videos covering CRM & Sales processes




? Build an AI-integrated training module combining videos, SOPs, scripts, FAQs, and process resources
? Develop an AI-driven assessment system with questions, scenario-based evaluations, and practical assessments
? Build AI-powered performance analysis and personalized improvement reports for trainees
?️ Create and organize a centralized digital training & knowledge repository
? Help build a system that enables new CRM & Sales employees to become client-ready with minimal assistance

? Who We're Looking For

✔️ Students, fresh graduates, or candidates with relevant hands-on experience
✔️ Prior experience in AI-integrated training/e-learning, sales pitch design, objection handling, instructional content, or training content is preferred
✔️ Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT Plus, MS Office, and video/content creation tools
✔️ Strong understanding of client-facing communication and CRM/Sales processes
