Role Overview
We’re looking for creative and self-driven Content Creators who can help us tell meaningful stories, build emotional connections with our audience, and grow TooHeal’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging and empathetic content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads (posts, reels, short videos, blogs, etc.)
Develop mental health–related content around mindfulness, therapy, healing journeys, and self-care
Write short, impactful captions, scripts, and blog content aligned with TooHeal’s voice
Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement
Who You Are
A strong communicator who loves storytelling and understands digital audiences
Passionate about mental wellness, psychology, or self-improvement
Skilled in writing, short-form video ideation, or content planning
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup with ownership and creativity
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior
Good sense of visual storytelling, tone, and timing in short-form content
Prior experience or a portfolio of creative work
Robust attention to detail and ability to adapt content to different formats and audiences
