The Senior Recruiting Ops Specialist serves as a strategic partner to the Talent community, driving scalability and operational excellence by simplifying hiring processes and optimizing recruitment systems. By designing compliant practices, managing complex cross-functional projects, and fostering innovation,

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Offer Management and Pre-Onboarding activities, including offer creation, approvals, pre-employment screening (PES), onboarding readiness, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, HR Operations, candidates, external vendors, and global teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant hiring processes.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for TA systems and processes, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of recruitment systems, providing system support, resolving system issues, maintaining data quality, and supporting users with system-related queries.
