Role Description This full-time Java Developer role is based in Chennai in a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with flexibility for some work-from-home. The Java Developer will design,



develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable backend services and applications using Java and related frameworks. Daily responsibilities include writing clean and testable code, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting and resolving production issues, and ensuring performance, security, and reliability of services. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to solution design, integrating with APIs and data sources, and supporting continuous integration and deployment practices. The developer is expected to document technical solutions, follow best practices, and actively contribute to process and architecture improvements.
