Role Description The Referrals – Business Development Associate (BDA, US) is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position focuses on driving student referrals and expanding Bhanzu’s presence in the US market through targeted outreach and relationship building.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting market research on US education segments, and managing referral pipelines and conversion metrics. The role involves preparing and delivering compelling presentations to prospective partners, families, and stakeholders, as well as coordinating with internal teams to align referral strategies with marketing and product initiatives. The associate will track performance data, optimize outreach campaigns, and represent Bhanzu professionally in all external interactions to support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to diverse audiences.
