Role Overview: We’re looking for a hustler — someone who knows how to find, pitch, and close international clients. As our Online Bidder, you’ll be the front line of growth, driving revenue through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and beyond. This is not a passive role — it’s for someone who is target-driven, proactive, and hungry to win.
What You’ll Do: - Hunt for international projects across platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, etc. - Craft sharp, personalized proposals that stand out and convert.



- Understand client needs and pitch the right mix of Digital Marketing, Web, and App solutions. - Own the entire sales cycle — from first message to deal closure. - Negotiate confidently on pricing, timelines, and scope. - Build strong client relationships for repeat business and upselling. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project kick-offs. - Keep your pipeline full and consistently smash monthly targets.

What We’re Looking For: - Proven track record in winning international projects (IT services preferred). - Excellent English communication — written & spoken. - Strong experience with bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.). - Ability to write compelling, high-conversion proposals quickly. - Sharp negotiation and closing skills. - Self-starter mindset — you don’t wait for leads, you create them. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment.
