About the Role
We're looking for a positive customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. Your primary responsibility will be converting qualified warm leads into successful property sales. We provide the leads - you build relationships, understand customer requirements, conduct site visits, follow up consistently, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture leads generated by our marketing campaigns.
Contact prospective buyers promptly and understand their investment or purchase requirements.
Qualify leads' buying intent based on budget, location preferences and timeline.
Build trust with prospects through consultative conversations.
Schedule and coordinate project presentations and site visits.




Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM.
Ensure timely movement of leads through the sales pipeline.
Address customer objections confidently and guide them towards making informed decisions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Stay updated on project details, pricing, offers, and market trends.
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of sales experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
Fluency in Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, or other regional languages is a strong advantage.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Comfortable handling customer conversations independently.
Experience using CRM software to manage leads and follow-ups.
Self-motivated with a strong closing mindset.
