Role Description




The Tele Caller / Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, responding to product and service inquiries, following up with customers and dealers, assisting with order-related queries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build professional relationships with customers while maintaining company service standards.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and services.
Follow up with dealers, distributors, and customers regarding orders and payments.
