Position Summary: The Applications/Enterprise Solutions Specialist is responsible for coordinating and conducting applications training to end users, including PACS administrators. Provide sales support along with assisting in the implementation of ScImage software at a client’s facility.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the ScImage software, integration, and implementation.
Understand the core features of PICOM365 and its ability to be customized for customer needs.
Conduct applications training for Physicians, Technicians and PACS administrators.
Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and Software effectiveness.
Organize and maintain report templates, training procedure manuals, quick reference guides, and course materials to effectively train end users.
Support ScImage Project Management in all current installations. To include but not limited to: data flow and workflow analysis to include DICOM/HL7 design and implementation.
Perform routine service,



preventative maintenance and modifications of software and equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.
Work with customer and internal support to help troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Works effectively and efficiently to resolve customer related tickets.
Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers.
Prepare and complete the required reports and documents (i.e. Field Maintenance Reports, Teamwork completed tasks, etc.) in a timely manner.
Update customer information in appropriate locations. (i.e. CSP, SciWiki, etc.)
During the pre-sales process, you may be involved in the development for the overall design of the solution.
Operate in a manner consistent with company policies.
Maintains appropriate databases and history files.
Participates in the analysis of product performance issues.
Actively engage and contribute to product development and improvement.
