Role Description The Technical Support Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will provide technical support for Auto-ID solutions, including RFID and barcode systems,



by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for customers and internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting system errors, responding to support tickets and inquiries, and guiding customers through step-by-step solutions. The Technical Support Engineer will collaborate with sales and implementation teams to support product deployments, conduct testing, and document technical issues and resolutions. The role also involves maintaining accurate service records, contributing to knowledge base materials, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and timely issue resolution.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to diagnose problems, interpret logs, and propose effective solutions.
