? Hiring | Lead Engineer – Automotive Controller Systems

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with strong expertise in automotive controller systems and AUTOSAR‑based software development to lead system‑level development and a small technical team.

? Role: Team Leader – Automotive Electronics

Experience: 8–10 years
Education: B.E / B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics) or Master’s in Power Electronics

? Key Responsibilities
Lead system‑level development of automotive electronic controllers
Develop and manage system and software requirements
Guide basic hardware development, with strong focus on schematic understanding

Drive integration of HW, SW, and system components
Provide technical leadership to a team of 2–4 engineers
Quickly analyze and resolve field issues
Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams (HW, SW, Validation, Manufacturing)

? Technical Skills & Experience Required




Strong experience in Automotive Controller System Requirement Development
Sound knowledge of Digital Electronics and Power Electronics
Good working knowledge of CAN / CAN FD
Hands‑on experience with UDS and J1939 protocols
Mandatory experience in AUTOSAR‑based software development
Ability to understand system issues and drive technical resolutions

? Preferred / Added Advantage
2+ years of embedded software development experience
Prior experience in BMS, On‑Board Charger, or DC‑DC Converter systems (system perspective)
Exposure to EV or power electronics‑based automotive systems
