Role Description The Marketing and Communications Manager – With Hospitality Experience is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to promote the hotel’s brand, rooms, F&B; outlets, events,



and guest experiences. The manager will oversee day-to-day activities such as planning campaigns, managing digital and offline marketing channels, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and maintaining consistent brand messaging. Key responsibilities include drafting and distributing press materials, managing media relations, supervising content for social media and the website, and ensuring effective communication for promotions and events. The role also requires monitoring campaign performance, managing budgets and timelines, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive occupancy, revenue, and brand visibility.
