What You'll Do
As a Technical Service Specialist, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them optimize coating processes,



resolve technical challenges, and successfully implement new products and technologies.
Technical Support & Customer Success
Provide expert technical support for coatings products and application processes.
Partner closely with customers to improve product performance, quality, and operational efficiency.
Investigate and resolve product, process, color, and application-related issues.
Act as a trusted technical resource for key customer accounts.
Product Implementation & Commercialization
Support the launch and implementation of current products and technologies at customer facilities.
Conduct product trials and validation activities in collaboration with Technology and Commercial teams.
Drive product approvals and specification wins with OEM and industrial customers.
Support successful commercialization of innovative coating solutions.
Process Improvement & Standardization
Analyze customer
