You will join a global team of experienced instructional designers and learning professionals responsible for creating learning solutions that support employees across the organization. The team works closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, program managers, and learning consultants to deliver high-quality learning experiences while continuously exploring emerging technologies, and AI-enabled ways of working.
Who are we looking for
As a Senior Associate instructional designer, you will create learning solutions that help employees build the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their roles. You will review and organize information from a variety of sources, determine the best way to present it, and develop learning materials that meet business objectives and quality standards. Leveraging strong research, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, you will ensure content is accurate, engaging, visually effective, and free of errors.You will work closely with subject matter experts, program managers, colleagues,



and stakeholders across locations, functions, and levels of the organization to understand requirements, gather feedback, and deliver effective learning solutions. As part of a global learning team, you will manage multiple priorities, contribute to process improvements, and explore current technologies and ways of working that enhance the learning experience.
What you will be responsible for
• Review, research, and organize information from multiple sources to develop accurate learning content, addressing gaps and ambiguity through stakeholder input, online research, and AI tools.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create learning objectives, assessments, and learning experiences that support business and learner needs.
• Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders throughout the development process to validate content, incorporate feedback, and deliver effective learning solution
