Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
With direction in the form of stated objectives, supports the introduction of new products to the manufacturing facility in accordance with the RA Common Product Development (CPD) processes. Works with Design and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure optimum product and process design for manufacturability.



Develops and implements manufacturing layout and processes and associated documentation, estimates manufacturing cost, and coordinates execution of prototype and pilot activities. Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
You will report to MANAGER, MECHANICAL ENGINEERING working in Hybrid Mode, Bangalore location.
Your Responsibilities:
Actively serve as the Industrialization representative, in all phases, on NPI/Continuation Engineering project teams, for both EA and FA.
Design, development, manufacturing processes and testing experience on PCBA BUILD
Work closely with Build Team in ensuring build success.
Outstanding experience on PCBA design such as routing, component selection, component placement, material selections, heat generation and dissipation methods, reliability design w.r.t shock &
