The Scaled AI DevOps and Value engineer is responsible for managing day-to-day DevOps and Agile delivery operations within the AI/PI Team. This position focuses on execution excellence, cross-functional coordination, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives that support reliable and efficient delivery outcomes.
The role works closely with senior leadership, engineering teams, product owners, infrastructure teams, and support functions to ensure delivery alignment, operational stability, and adherence to DevOps and Scaled Agile practices. The position is suited for a strong mid-management skilled with hands-on operational leadership experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage DevOps and Agile delivery activities across assigned AI Tower initiatives and operational workstreams.
Coordinate sprint execution, backlog alignment, Agile ceremonies, and release planning activities with delivery teams.
