We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Architect to join our team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) and a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all architectural projects within the organization
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Provide leadership and guidance to the architectural team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture, preferably within the real estate industry
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
