Job Title: DevOps Engineer
Reporting Relationship: Reporting to Group Technical Specialist
Responsibilities:
Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Terraform infrastructure, Helm/Helmfile charts, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
Build and maintain CI/CD automation, including testing, SonarQube, vulnerability scanning, and secure deployment processes.
Support automation and Kubernetes deployments for the data lakehouse platform.
Develop and maintain Python-based automation tools for infrastructure and application provisioning.
Apply and maintain security patches of OSS and product docker images.
Work closely with developers, QA, and operations teams to integrate infrastructure with application requirements.
Troubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure, Kubernetes, pipelines, applications, and configuration.
Maintain clear documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
Follow security, compliance, and cloud best practices across Azure environments.
Stay current with new technologies and continuously improve automation and delivery processes.
Prerequesties:
7+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, preferably supporting cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
Robust experience with Terraform for provisioning and managing Azure infrastructure, including AKS, Azure SQL, Key Vault, networking, Application Gateway, Front Door, and multi-subscription environments.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and Helmfile, including multi-chart deployments, environment-specific configurations, and dependency management.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, including multi-stage YAML pipelines, reusable templates, approvals, and automated build and deployment workflows.
Proficient in Python for infrastructure and platform automation, including Azure and Kubernetes APIs.
Working knowledge of Java/Spring Boot and Node.js builds and containerization to support application CI/CD.
Experience of or exposure to data lakehouse technologies, including Airflow, Spark,
