Accountabilities:
The AI Governance Program Director will be responsible for designing, implementing,



and evolving AI governance strategies that support responsible AI adoption across enterprise environments. Key responsibilities include:
Define and execute AI governance maturity frameworks, transitioning organizations from manual compliance processes to automated continuous control monitoring.
Develop and maintain comprehensive AI governance roadmaps aligned with business goals, regulatory expectations, and responsible AI principles.
Establish and manage AI asset registries covering internal AI models, third-party large language models (LLMs), and unmanaged or “shadow AI” usage across the organization.
Build governance structures that integrate AI risk management into the complete development lifecycle through a proactive “shift-left” approach.
Create executive-level dashboards and reporting frameworks that translate complex AI risk metrics into clear insights for leadership and regulatory stakeholders.
