Job Description
• Lead Risk and Compliance Program Implementation in conjunction with Operations and other Functional Leads • Operational risk compliance – Process Controls, risk assessments, report out and management • Contractual compliance – Ensuring MSA adherence • Information Security and Data Privacy Risk assessment • Set Governance rigor - Regular status update and review with Genpact leadership • Facilitating and leading Internal & External audits • Provide risk and compliance training, coordinate awareness initiatives on risk and compliance issues, policies and procedures along with compliance audits • Should be responsible to front end the discussions relating to compliance and regulatory iss
