We are seeking an experienced people leader who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional setting and is passionate about building high-performing teams that deliver operational excellence across the product lifecycle.
In this vital role, you will lead the Lifecycle Management Execution Team, managing a team of approximately 7–8 Senior Associates responsible for the planning,



coordination and execution of post-approval Lifecycle Management activities and Change Control implementation across Amgen's commercial portfolio.
You will ensure the team delivers timely, compliant and high-quality execution of CMC variations, labeling updates, SKU rationalizations, product discontinuations and other lifecycle initiatives supporting both Regional Supply Chain Operations and Manufacturing Site Operations.
Working closely with the Senior Manager, Product Lifecycle Management Capability Lead, Product Lifecycle Teams (PLTs), Regional Operations, Manufacturing Sites, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Artwork & Labeling and Commercial organizations, you will establish execution priorities, develop organizational capability and continuously improve project delivery performance across the Lifecycle Management portfolio.
