We are looking for a highly motivated principal engineer to help architect, develop and operate cloud-scale distributed systems that span storage, networking, cloud infrastructure, and user experience. This is a unified engineering role where engineers are expected to contribute across development, automated validation, performance, operational readiness, and service reliability. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex technical challenges, takes ownership from design through production, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. While programming language experience, we expect engineers to incorporate AI-native engineering practices.Job Requirements

15+ years in Software/Systems Engineering.
5+ years in Storage & Data Management platforms (ONTAP or similar).
10+ years in Technical Leadership roles.




Strong background in Distributed Systems, Cloud Storage, File Systems, Databases, or Infrastructure Services.
Expertise in Go/Golang; Python for automation and CI/CD.
Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, Kubernetes, Containers, and CI/CD.
Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud-native platforms.
Strong focus on Scalability, Reliability, Observability, Automation, and Security.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
