As a Platform Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the shared technology capabilities that power Vialto's global mobility products. Working across Engineering, Architecture and Product teams, you will define and deliver platform services that improve scalability, developer experience, security and AI-enabled innovation across Payroll, Tax and Immigration solutions.

Job Description
Platform Strategy and Roadmap
Define and own the platform product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy.
Identify opportunities to improve platform scalability, reliability, security and developer experience.
Prioritize platform investments by balancing business value, engineering requirements and customer outcomes.
Drive long-term platform vision while supporting near-term product delivery priorities.
Product Delivery
Translate business and technical requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.
Manage and prioritize the platform backlog to support Agile delivery across engineering teams.
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and proactively manage delivery risks and trade-offs.
Monitor platform performance and continuously improve platform capabilities based on feedback and business needs.
