About the role:
The EH&S; Manager will lead the implementation of Carrier's EH&S; Operating System (EHSOS) across Gurgaon Factory and Engineering operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, Carrier EH&S; requirements,



and ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards.
The role will work closely with factory leadership, supervisors, employees and contractors to strengthen EH&S; culture, drive EHSOS implementation, improve risk management, ensure compliance excellence and support continuous improvement. The position will also serve as the primary interface with government authorities, industry forums and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead implementation and continual improvement of the EH&S; Operating System (EHSOS).
Partner closely with factory leadership, engineering teams, supervisors and employees to drive EH&S; ownership, engagement and EHSOS maturity.
Ensure compliance with applicable Environment, Health & Safety legislation and Carrier standards.
Liaise with regulatory authorities including Pollution Control Board, Factory Inspectorate, Fire Department and other government agencies.
