Key Responsibilities:
Develop, integrate, and optimize DFT strategies for NAND flash memory designs, including Digital design, Custom/Analog design circuits & NAND flash memory arrays.
Analyze design testability to ensure compliance with quality, coverage, and manufacturability requirements.
Create, debug, and optimize test sequences and test modes.
Design, develop, and optimize firmware for NAND test algorithms, and validate functionality through simulation and silicon.
Validate designs using Verilog simulations and XA simulations.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (Design & Product Engineering) to ensure seamless DFT integration.
Work with Product Engineering (PE) during: First silicon bring‑up, Debug and characterization & Ramp to high‑volume production
Support post‑silicon validation, failure analysis, and debug activities.
Document DFT methodologies, validation results, and provide clear technical reports and recommendations.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant experience in Custom/Analog Design or Product Engineering with hands-on silicon exposure.
Solid understanding of: Digital design, Custom/Analog Design, Verification, DFT and test principles.
Proficiency in Verilog, C/C++ and Python.
Solid understanding of NAND flash memory architecture.
Exposure to AI-Enabled, and Agentic AI technologies, with the ability to adopt a "Design + AI" approach by leveraging innovative AI-driven solutions to accelerate design and validation, improve productivity, and enhance engineering effectiveness and performance.
