Team Overview: Regulatory and Analytics (R&A;)
The Regulatory and Analytics (R&A;) team within the EDO plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of regulatory reports and in leveraging data analytics to drive business insights. The R&A; team collaborates across various business and technology units to implement robust data quality management policies and procedures, and to provide subject matter expertise on regulatory reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Data Quality Stewardship: Defendable and Supported Analysis
Become domain expert in wholesale credit product, business and risk management
Accountable for DQ review in compliance with Wholesale Credit, EDO and regulatory guidance. Be comprehensive, concise, conclusive and consistent with strong support




Responsible for detecting, assessing, measuring, reporting of data anomalies
Apply recent technology and data analytics tools to improve the review efficiency
Contribute to development and sustainability of R&A; Target Operating Model.
Data Analytics Tooling, Automation and AI Development for Wholesale Credit:
Design and implement analytics for reporting, DQ detection and adjustments, trend analysis and anomaly monitoring using tools like Python, VBA, query, Excel
Define use cases, collaborate with business, Risk, data modeling, Technology on AI data model training, lead contextualization wholesale credit concepts for AI training
Drive the resolution of data-related issues to ensure accurate and timely regulatory filing and enhanced internal risk management
Scope and define business requirements for DQ remediation, data-drive decision intelligence, ollaborate with Product Development on implem
