SoC Design Manager / Product Lead
Role Overview
ADI is seeking a highly experienced SoC Design Manager / Product Lead to lead the end-to-end execution of complex SoC and processor programs from concept to commercialization.
This role combines the responsibilities of a Chip Lead, Technical Program Leader, and Business Stakeholder Manager, owning overall product execution across architecture, silicon, software, validation, and business teams. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional alignment,



manage technical and program risk, engage with customers, and ensure successful product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Own complete SoC development from architecture through tape-out, silicon bring-up, production ramp, and commercialization.
Provide technical leadership across architecture, RTL design, verification, DFT, physical design, software, and post-silicon activities.
Drive program execution, schedules, staffing plans, risk management, and milestone delivery.
Lead critical trade-off decisions involving performance, power, area, cost, quality, features, and schedule.
Partner with software, systems, product, and business teams to ensure robust hardware-software co-design.
Serve as the primary interface for customers, business units, and senior leadership on execution-related matters.
Support customer engagements and product vertical customer visits as needed.
