Own end-to-end performance across all paid media channels, including Meta, Google, and emerging platforms

Design, execute, and optimize high-ROI campaigns focused on customer acquisition and retention

Build and scale an in-house media engine to reduce agency dependency and improve campaign agility

Analyze campaign performance using advanced attribution models and data insights to refine strategy

Collaborate cross-functionally to align media strategy with broader business goals and product launches

Continuously test, iterate, and scale creative, audience targeting, and bidding strategies

Requirements
Proven experience managing paid media campaigns with a focus on ROAS and customer acquisition
Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and performance analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio)
Robust analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights
Experience building and scaling in-house media teams or systems
Proficiency in A/B testing, attribution modeling, and campaign optimization
Ability to communicate results and strategy clearly to stakeholders at all levels
