As TM line incharge Heat Treatment, you will be a part of Plant ops team.You role will be to manage the production of Heat treatment & spare part packaging through optimum utilization of resources in order to ensure effective and seamless operations and achieve production targets in line with defined cost, quality and timeline standards.

Manage the production of Heat treatment & spare part packaging through optimum utilization of resources in order to ensure efficient and seamless operations and achieve production targets in line with defined cost, quality and timeline standards.

Academic Qualification & Experience
Metallurgy or mechanical diploma / degree in engineering field.
5-10 Years of Experience
Technical Skills/Knowledge
Knowledge of various type of Heat Treatment Processes, Metallographic (Especially Micro Structure), Surface Treatment & selective Heat Treatment Processes like Induction Hardening & Annealing.
Skill of setting furnace parameters, induction-hardening & annealing machine; identifying, and correcting the minor abnormalities in processes & day today trouble shooting.
Basic knowledge of steels and its Heat Treatment Processes, destructive testing and analysis.
MS Office & SAP.
Basic Knowledge of TPM, SPC /SQC, ISO, Material Management, Error proofing and Safety parameters of Furnaces.
Behavioural Skills
Problem analysis & solving
Good Interpersonal skill & IR Management.
Should be Creative and result oriented.
