About your role:
As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will design and evolve complex systems that support critical products and services. You will collaborate with architecture, product, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and delivery teams to define system patterns, improve reliability, and drive modernization. Your work will help ensure our platforms are secure, scalable, and resilient so we can deliver compelling experiences for our clients and their customers.
What you'll do:
Lead end-to-end systems engineering for highly available,



large-scale platforms, including requirements analysis, design, implementation guidance, and operational readiness.
Define and document system patterns, integration standards, and reference architectures that align with enterprise standards and technology roadmaps.
Analyze performance, scalability, and resiliency characteristics of complex systems and drive improvements through design changes and optimization.
Partner with product management and engineering teams to translate business and functional requirements into technical system designs and implementation plans.
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and platforms for observability, automation, configuration management, and infrastructure orchestration.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers on systems design, reliability engineering, and best practices for secure, compliant operations.
