iScala ERP Analyst
At Johnson Controls, you will join a global organization focused on helping customers improve performance, safety, and efficiency across critical environments. In this role, you will support iScala ERP users and help keep core business processes running smoothly through reliable functional support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Role Overview
The iScala ERP Analyst will provide day-to-day application support across iScala ERP and connected solutions, helping users resolve issues, maintain secure operations, and improve how the system supports business processes. This role is well suited for someone with 6-8 years of hands-on experience in ERP support or techno-functional analysis who enjoys solving problems, working with cross-functional teams, and supporting end users in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional support for iScala ERP users and resolve application issues, service requests, and support tickets.
Support troubleshooting and hyper care activities across iScala ERP and the Edge Apps ecosystem.
Work with business and technical teams to analyze issues, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes or workarounds.
Assist with functional deployment across Build, SIT, UAT, and end-user training activities.
Support localization, electronic invoicing, advanced functions, and statutory or regulatory compliance needs within the ERP environment.
Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, and workflow integrations using relevant Epicor and database technologies.
Document solutions, user guidance, and support outcomes to improve system understanding and future issue resolution.
Contribute to upgrades, testing, and process improvements that strengthen overall ERP performance.
