What You'll Do
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing business opportunities,



managing strategic customer relationships, and supporting revenue growth within your assigned territory.
Business Development & Sales Growth
Drive sales growth and profitability within assigned accounts and territories.
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across OEM, Industrial, and Automotive Refinish customers.
Develop strategic account plans to grow market share and strengthen customer relationships.
Deliver sales, revenue, collection, and profitability objectives.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at multiple organizational levels.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and recommending solutions that create value.
Support customer retention and loyalty through consistent engagement and excellent service.
