What You'll Do
Coordinate the complete project planning cycle for games produced by the India team, from concept alignment and prioritization to production, testing, approvals, and handover readiness.
Define and supervise project timelines, results, dependencies, risks,



and key decisions across all active India roadmap initiatives.
Ensure project plans are realistic, clearly communicated, and aligned with business priorities, studio capacity, and delivery expectations.
Coordinate with delivery, QA, product, game development, development, art, math, and other relevant functions to support smooth execution and readiness for handover.
Supervise resource allocations across multiple parallel projects and highlight capacity gaps and over-allocations in a timely manner.
Ensure documentation of roadmap priorities, project scope, schedules, achievements, risks, dependencies, decisions, and handover readiness is accurate and regularly updated.
Prepare regular roadmap, project status, risk, and resource reports for leadership and key participants.
Support consistent project governance, including planning standards, tracking templates, reporting rhythms, and processes for handling blocking issues.
