The Senior Executive – MIS is responsible for developing, maintaining, and automating management reports,



dashboards, and analytical solutions that support business operations and leadership decision-making. The role requires strong expertise in data analysis, report generation, data validation, process automation, and stakeholder management to ensure timely and accurate business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports for business leaders and operational teams.
Develop and maintain dashboards using reporting and visualization tools.
Analyze operational, productivity, quality, attendance, and workforce metrics.
Generate incentive, productivity, utilization, and performance reports as per business requirements.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reports.
Data Management
Extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources including databases, HRMS, WFM, QA, and operational systems.
