Accountabilities:




Edit short-form and long-form video content from raw footage through final delivery while maintaining high creative and technical standards.
Collaborate with producers and creative teams to develop robust story structures, pacing, emotional impact, and visual flow.
Select the most effective footage, interviews, soundbites, music, and visual elements to strengthen each story.
Add graphics, captions, transitions, sound design, and other creative elements that enhance viewer engagement.
Adapt video content for different platforms, formats, aspect ratios, and audience preferences.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, storytelling standards, and quality expectations.
Use approved footage and assets while maintaining proper attribution and content compliance when required.
Manage feedback, revisions, and final delivery schedules to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
